Hugo Arnold

Hugo Arnold writes a regular weekly column for the Irish Times. He is also editorial consultant to Food & Wine Magazine.


He has written numerous books, most recently Wagamama: Ways with Noodles. He has been working on a series of books for Avoca, which appeared in 2007.


When not writing about food or trying to think up what the next meal will be he runs a consultancy advising restaurants, retailers and manufacturers.
