Jordan is a chef, author and food stylist. Originally from Dublin, he has been based between London and Dublin for the past nine years.
Having trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, Jordan was picked up by the Michelin star chef Skye Gyngell to work with her and her team at Petersham Nurseries Restaurant in London. During his time there, Jordan was also working with his sister Jessica (a nutritional therapist based in Dublin), cooking privately for some of her clients, specialising in cooking for health, weight loss and nutrition.
Jordan’s first cookbook, The Guilt Free Gourmet, was a result of countless requests from clients, friends and family for the recipes to the indulgent, yet ‘guilt-free’, food they had tasted. It was published worldwide in October 2012.
Jordan is a member of The Guild of Food Writers in the UK and was a judge for their 2013 awards as well as for the Guild of Fine Food 'Great Taste Awards'. Jordan divides his time between cooking for private clients, food styling, recipe testing and also consulting for restaurants and food companies.
