Kristin Jensen

Called ‘Ireland’s top cookbook editor’ (Irish Examiner, 2 April 2016), Kristin Jensen is a freelance editor and writer who specialises in editing cookbooks and recipes and has worked with many of Ireland’s best-known chefs and authors. She is also the subeditor for SuperValu’s Fresh magazine.

 

Kristin is the co-author of Saturday Pizzas from the Ballymaloe Cookery School (Ryland, Peters & Small, 2017) and Sláinte: The Complete Guide to Irish Craft Beer and Cider (New Island, 2014).

In addition to being the current chair of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild, Kristin also belongs to the Association of Freelance Editors, Proofreaders and Indexers (AFEPI).

 

Kristin is available for editing, writing, ghostwriting or collaboration, recipe conversions for the US or UK markets, recipe development and recipe testing. You can reach her at jensen.kristin@icloud.com.
