Marie-Claire Digby is a journalist in the features department of The Irish Times. She writes about food and travel and has a weekly column, Food File, in The Irish Times Saturday Magazine. She previously worked at The Irish Field as an equestrian correspondent, and has worked at The Irish Times since 1984.
