Caroline Gray is the editor of Easy Food magazine, Ireland’s best-selling monthly food publication.
Through Easy Food, she writes, edits and coordinates production of recipes for the magazine as well as for food businesses and producers. She has also written five cookbooks with global distribution.
She appears regularly as a TV cook on TV3’s SaturdayAM morning programme, and hosts live cooking demonstrations at food events and festivals across Ireland. Caroline sits on judging panels for the Irish Quality Food Awards and The Apprentice Chef competition.
After earning a degree in journalism, Caroline completed the the 12-week certificate course at Ballymaloe Cookery School. She has previously written for the Food Network in New York City as well as for several newspapers in her hometown of Chicago.
