Catherine Fulvio is an acclaimed Irish chef, author, educator, and TV personality whose work has brought the warmth of Irish hospitality and the flavours of her blended Irish/Sicilian family to kitchens around the world. She runs the award-winning Ballyknocken House & Cookery School in County Wicklow, where she has spent more than 20 years sharing her love of home cooking and seasonal ingredients from her kitchen garden, with students from Ireland and abroad.

She is also a respected food writer, contributing regularly to Irish publications and penning several bestselling cookbooks, including A Taste of Home, Eat Like an Italian, and The Weekend Chef.
