Theodora was one of the IFWG’s original founding members, of which there were a dozen. Theodora FitzGibbon became the Guild’s first president until she passed away in 1991. A prolific cookbook author, she will be remembered for a range of cookbooks, notably A Taste of Ireland: Irish Traditional Food.
